Dear Exotica Management,
Due to what apparently was a system glitch, one of two orders I had placed online for Mother's Day did not make it to its destination.
Neither did the order confirmation reach my email. I thought with no confirmation number getting this order corrected was not going to be easy.
However the young lady who took my call the next morning expressed sincere apologies and politely took down my order information promising to resolve the issue within 24 hours. When I kindly asked her for faster service since this was for Mother's day, she promised to do her best. Not only was I surprised by that young lady calling me back all the way to the US within the hour with a resolution and more sincere apologies, but my Mother was equally surprised with the extra special gift from Exotica delivered along with my order within the next couple hours.
The person delivering it was extra careful to politely explain what has happened and apologize for the inadvertent error. If this is not EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE, I don't know what is!!
Mistakes will happen, it's how they are remedied what counts then. I highly commend the young lady who took my call. I wish I took her name down so I could specifically name her in my recommendation. I am sure you will be able to find out which customer care specialist took my call and won me over to Exotica with her professionalism, politeness and care.
I also would like to thank the staff of the Exotica branch that made the delivery expediently and with the extra touch of care.
