To place your order online, you can choose from our items categorized by styles, occasions and price on the left hand side menu.
If you don’t find the product of your choice, or if you desire items not listed in our menu, please click on the “SPECIAL REQUEST” icon at the top of the homepage. Once we receive your inquiry, we will get back to you with a price quotation, more details and our recommendations

Order Confirmation:
Expect a confirmation message from our customer service team regarding placement and delivery of your order.
Once we receive your order, you will directly be notified by return email that your order was received and will be processed. If you don’t receive this email confirmation, please contact our customer service department. System crashes do occur, so it might be that we haven’t received your order!

Payment Methods
You can choose any of the following payment methods:
Online Payment: Only Visa and Master cards can be used for on-line payment.
American Express: For payment through American Express, please click on the American Express icon. Then download our fax authorization form and fax us your credit card details to: 00961-9-211365, or call us at: 00961-9-210023 at any time Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm (Beirut time).
Offline Payment: Should you also prefer not to provide your credit card information on-line, you can fill the attached billing information form, fax it to us, and we will complete the payment procedure.
Payment Confirmation
Once your payment procedure is completed, you will receive a payment confirmation form from the NetCommerce Company to inform you whether the transaction is approved or rejected.
In rejection cases, our customer service team will get back to you for more help.
Taxes
As of February 1 2002, all orders are subject to VAT charges. Please expect a 10% additional VAT charge on the total amount of your final invoice.
